Valuations

We specialise in the valuation of residential and commercial property. A lot of our valuation work is carried out in conjunction with the specialist lease extension or enfranchisement advice we provide for many clients.

We also provide valuations and surveys for other purposes, including collateral security and lending (mortgages) and tax purposes. We act for a number of major lending institutions.

Building Surveys

We deal with a wide variety of Building (Structural) Surveys for many clients every year. We provide expert pre-acquisition advice in respect of both residential and commercial properties.
