Unfortunately disputes between Landlords, Tenants, Managing Agents or Neighbours can sometimes arise and can easily escalate leading to potentially expensive disputes.

We can offer expert professional advice when things get difficult.  Sometimes professional advice at an early stage may avoid disputes altogether.

We can assist with Party Structure Notices, Service Charge and Landlord and Tenant Disputes.

We regularly provide expert opinion and representation at the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal (LVT) or in Court.

John Byers acts regularly in property related disputes.  He has acted as Expert Witness on a single or joint basis in a number of cases both in Court and LVT.  He adopts a thorough, professional and down to earth approach founded through many years of property related experience.

Over the years John has acted in many residential disputes including Section 20ZA Notices and has considerable experience dealing with matters in LVT and Court.
