Unfortunately disputes between Landlords, Tenants, Managing Agents or Neighbours are commonplace and without down to earth, experienced advice they can easily escalate, leading to potentially expensive disputes.

Often with objective professional advice many disputes can be avoided altogether, or limited in a way that can often lead to a speedier and more economic resolution.

Sometimes disputes are unavoidable and in those cases it is essential to take professional advice so that the necessary evidence and opinion is properly produced and presented in a clear way in compliance with current Civil Rules and Procedures for the presentation of disputes.

We have considerable experience in the provision of expert evidence and opinion for dispute resolution or litigation – both in Court and in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.

We regularly act in respect of both residential property disputes – such as service charge matters, and commercial proceedings such as Dilapidations.
