Selwyn was a founding director of Langley Byers Bennett. Since 31 March 2013 Selwyn became a consultant at the company.  Selwyn continues to bring his wealth of experience to LBB, having worked as a property professional for more than 50 years. He continues to deal predominantly with commercial property issues, including portfolio asset management, rent reviews and lease renewals. He also continues to be involved with a wide variety of other general commercial property and valuation work.

Selwyn is an RICS Registered Valuer.
