All our professional staff continue to develop their expertise and education, and are regularly trained in new legislation and property trends. They are all educated to degree standard and most are either qualified to a recognised property qualification (RICS) or are working towards such a qualification.

Selwyn Langley FRICS ACIarb Selwyn brings a wealth of experience, having worked as a property professional for more than 40 years. He deals predominantly with commercial property issues, including portfolio asset management, rent reviews and lease renewals. He also advises a substantial charity in respect of their high value property portfolio. He continues to be involved with a wide variety of general commercial property and valuation work with an increasing emphasis on the hotel and leisure market. Education Career |

John Byers BSc MRICS John has over 20 years of experience in the property industry, working with a wide variety of clients throughout the UK. John leads the Building Surveying team dealing with building and construction related matters. John regularly advises on building disputes, providing expert advice and evidence. He also deals with pre-acquisition advices, building surveys and dilapidation matters. He writes on building and property management issues for News on the Block magazine. Justin Bennett BSc (Hons) MRICS Director Justin became a Director of the company in 1999 and has some 15 years of experience in the property industry. Throughout the late 1990s he began to focus on Leasehold Reform including Freehold Enfranchisement and Lease Extension advice and is now a leading expert in this field. Justin and his team now act for both large portfolio clients and individual Tenants in relation to these matters and he regularly acts as Expert Witness when required. He also deals with various retained commercial property clients and deals with a variety of other valuation work. Education Career |
