Both Landlords and Tenants often neglect to realise the importance of Dilapidations.  With the introduction of the protocols for the processing of claims, this element of Landlord and Tenant law is becoming increasingly important.

We offer a comprehensive service to clients and can prepare and negotiate on behalf of either Landlords or Tenants.

Our surveyors can advise not only on Building Costs and potential Dilapidations liability but also prepare Section 18 Valuations under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1927 to establish if there is a diminution in the value of the freehold or leasehold interest.

For Tenants we offer a Dilapidation Appraisal service that provides expert advice on potential dilapidation liabilities that may arise given your building’s condition and lease terms.
