Building Surveying

Building Surveying comprises a number of specialist property areas. Our Building Surveyors are able to provide invaluable advice and assistance with a wide variety of Building Surveying matters including Residential Surveys, advice in connection with the repair and maintenance of buildings, tracing and remedying building defects and managing larger contracts for building refurbishment or repair and redecoration. We act as Contract Administrators for building contracts and prepare Specifications, Planned Maintenance Budget Reports and Building Reinstatement Valuations (Fire Insurance Valuations).

We act for both Landlords and Tenants in litigation and tribunal (LVT) and provide expert evidence and advice in Building or Service Charge Disputes.

We deal regularly with Commercial Surveys and offer pre-acquisition advice. We provide Dilapidation Advice and can act in negotiations. We act as Project Managers and Party Wall Surveyors.

We act for a number of major Managing Agents, Commercial Occupiers, Resident Managed Companies and Private Investors and Owners.
